Located in the central part of the palace, it is 73 meters long and consists of 17 large windows on one side and 357 mirrors on the other side, which create the effect of visual opulence. Before it became a famous palace, Versailles was originally a hunting lodge. The construction of the original hunting lodge in the Versailles grove began in 1624 by order of King Louis XIII.
